Please note that the leather used in this shoe is called a “pull up” leather and by its very nature has variations both in appearance and to a (far lesser) degree, texture. The leather will wear beautifully and authentically which adds to the character of the shoe and is chosen specifically for this purpose and as such is NOT the basis for a return.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE GOLD FASTENINGS OF THIS PRODUCT MAY OCCUR.

OPTION ONE:

Do not spot clean your shoes/leather products. Rather wash the leather completely with an extremely diluted mix of baby washing powder/water & a sponge (only very slightly damp). Do not leave them in the sun to dry as they will go hard.  We recommend that you use a reputable leather care product to care for your Blu Betty’s.

We do offer an exceptionally good leather care gel, TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Care for use as a protective layer on new shoes (and for further maintenance) and a fantastic maintenance leather cream product, TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Cream which provides longevity and nourishment to all your Blu Bettys!

Both these products have been tested by the Blu Betty team & by many of our clients and we can attest to their veracity and ability to keep your shoes looking wonderful.

OPTION TWO:

We offer TeknoShoeCare™ Stain Preventor, Odour Preventor and Easy Clean in the form of 2 step, 3 step kits or in travel size 50ml bottles. These fantastic products are available to protect and clean your Blu Bettys. Your leather shoes are best maintained with the TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Care and Leather Cream after cleaning.
