Designed to suit any occasion and perfect for day-to-night transitions, this beautiful piece will always have you feeling perfectly put together!

It boasts an efficient closing mechanism and tassel detail, a shoulder panel on the strap that provides extra comfort and longevity (as per pic) as well as the strap being adjustable to suit your required length. It also has a useful pocket which is perfect to secure your mobile phone and boasts our Blu Betty logo which has been “heat-stamped” onto the front of the bag!

In the event that stock is not available, then please note that this product is available on a backorder basis! A manufacturing lead time of approximately 3/4 weeks will apply (from date of payment).

Please note that the leather will wear beautifully and authentically which adds to the character of the shoe and is chosen specifically for this purpose and as such is NOT the basis for a return.

Delivery

Blu Betty is an eCommerce shop – we utilise the services of a courier company/Postnet to deliver your order to you. Courier costs within South Africa are:

• Main urban hubs = R130 – one satchel can take up to 4 x shoes (takes approximately 1 – 3 working days)
• In the area of Durban = R85 (a day or two)
• Outlying areas = we offer Postnet or PUDO (R130) – one satchel can take up to 4 x shoes (takes approximately 4-5 working days)

We ship internationally through a reputable courier company (rates are quoted on ordering and it takes approximately 7 – 10 working days). International shipping rates do not include any Customs/Duty taxes.

Overnight delivery is available to ‘main areas’ within South Africa. Should you wish to have your parcel overnighted to you, please WhatsApp 076 250 1872.

Leather and returns

As with most natural materials, leather by its very nature is organic and contains variances and imperfections in both texture, colour and appearance. These are NOT flaws or faults (and are NOT the basis for a return) but only serve to enhance the unique look and add to the character of your Blu Betty product.

Exchanges

A fee of R160 (main areas) will be levied on all exchanges. For those clients in outlying areas, we make use of PUDO or Postnet. We will arrange for the collection and dispatch thereof, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. NO exchanges will be processed for worn shoes/clothing. Exchanges must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. The cost of international exchanges will be quoted individually. Should you wish to exchange your Blu Betty’s, please email exchanges@blubetty.co.za for assistance.

OPTION ONE:

Do not spot clean your shoes/leather products. Rather wash the leather completely with an extremely diluted mix of baby washing powder/water & a sponge (only very slightly damp). Do not leave them in the sun to dry as they will go hard.  We recommend that you use a reputable leather care product to care for your Blu Betty’s.

We do offer an exceptionally good leather care gel, TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Care for use as a protective layer on new shoes (and for further maintenance) and a fantastic maintenance leather cream product, TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Cream which provides longevity and nourishment to all your Blu Bettys!

Both these products have been tested by the Blu Betty team & by many of our clients and we can attest to their veracity and ability to keep your shoes looking wonderful.

OPTION TWO:

We offer TeknoShoeCare™ Stain Preventor, Odour Preventor and Easy Clean in the form of 2 step, 3 step kits or in travel size 50ml bottles. These fantastic products are available to protect and clean your Blu Bettys. Your leather shoes are best maintained with the TeknoShoeCare™ Leather Care and Leather Cream after cleaning.
