The ᴛʜᴜʟɪ ɢʀᴇʏ ʟᴇᴏᴘᴀʀᴅ/ᴍᴇʀʟᴏᴛ is the new cat on the block and she’s hitting the ‘WOW” LIMIT and then some!! We love animal print and the Thuli does it best!! With the contrast Merlot back “t” panel and loops – you’ve got a platform sneaker that knows how to turn heads!

Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that the leather is delivered as per the provided imagery there are rare occasions when there might be a very slight “tonal” difference. This adds to the character of the shoe and in no way detracts from the aesthetics or integrity of the shoe and as such is NOT the basis for a return.

Delivery

Blu Betty is an eCommerce shop – we utilise the services of a courier company/Postnet to deliver your order to you. Courier costs within South Africa are:

• Main urban hubs = R130 – one satchel can take up to 4 x shoes (takes approximately 1 – 3 working days)
• In the area of Durban = R85 (a day or two)
• Outlying areas = we offer Postnet or PUDO (R130) – one satchel can take up to 4 x shoes (takes approximately 4-5 working days)

We ship internationally through a reputable courier company (rates are quoted on ordering and it takes approximately 7 – 10 working days). International shipping rates do not include any Customs/Duty taxes.

Overnight delivery is available to ‘main areas’ within South Africa. Should you wish to have your parcel overnighted to you, please WhatsApp 076 250 1872.

Leather and returns

As with most natural materials, leather by its very nature is organic and contains variances and imperfections in both texture, colour and appearance. These are NOT flaws or faults (and are NOT the basis for a return) but only serve to enhance the unique look and add to the character of your Blu Betty product.

Exchanges

A fee of R160 (main areas) will be levied on all exchanges. For those clients in outlying areas, we make use of PUDO or Postnet. We will arrange for the collection and dispatch thereof, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. NO exchanges will be processed for worn shoes/clothing. Exchanges must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. The cost of international exchanges will be quoted individually.
